Coloring Outside the Lines



Using creative standards as a measurement . . . this week didn't exist. I've lost an entire week of my life without a single creative thing to show for it. Bummer.

Not always the case though. From the archive I resurrected an Inchie, a tiny art surface that's fast and fun. Stamped, highlighted with markers and a touch of Stickles around the edge. My grade school teacher would have slapped my fingers and said "do it over, make it perfect!" But shouldn't life be about coloring outside the lines?

Packing Tape Transfer

This is a quick ATC using the packing tape transfer method. I first rubberstamped the image, reduced in on a toner based copier, adhered the packing tape, removed the paper and highlighted the image with Pearl Ex. The "Baby Chicks" and the title were simple cut, paste and place.
